8. Fabrics, Embroidery & Care Instructions

Many garments are delicate and may include embroidery, beads, sequins, threadwork, stones, or other embellishments. These items should be worn and handled with care.

• Heavy embroidered garments should be dry cleaned only.
• First wash should be dry clean only where recommended.
• Casual garments should be washed separately in cold water where suitable.
• Do not use harsh detergents or bleach.
• Do not tumble dry delicate garments unless the care label allows it.
• Reverse ironing is recommended for printed or embellished garments.

Minor movement or displacement of beads, sequins, embroidery, or embellishments may occur due to the delicate nature of the product and is not always considered a manufacturing fault.

Ownership of goods remains with Pakistani Clothes UK until full payment has been received. If a payment is refunded, ownership of the goods may revert back to Pakistani Clothes UK.

12. Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty returns. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service because we are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.For approved non-faulty discretionary returns, a £20 return processing/restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.The £20 fee does not apply where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where your statutory rights apply.

13. Refunds
