Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized, pre-order, and made-to-order items due to their personalized nature.
  • Sale or discounted items, as these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Conditions:

We stand behind the quality of our products, but should you need to return an item, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Refunds will be issued as a credit voucher, sent to your email within 10 days of us confirming receipt of the returned item. The credit voucher is valid for 3 months.
  • Refunds to the original method of payment will only be provided if the item is found to be damaged upon arrival.
  • Items returned after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over a certain amount) and you return items, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition: undamaged, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items not meeting these criteria may be sent back to the customer without a refund.
  • The customer is responsible for the packaging and safe return of the items. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
  • We do not accept responsibility for items returned by mistake.
  • Clearly state the reason for the return on the back of the invoice, which must accompany the returned items.
  • We only accept responsibility for items once signed for by our customer care office.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be canceled before processing. After processing and confirmation, cancellation is not possible, and our return policy will apply.
  • reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, faulty items, out-of-stock situations, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
