1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders within the United Kingdom. Delivery availability, delivery methods, and estimated delivery times may depend on your address, product type, order size, courier availability, and stock status.

If international shipping is available at checkout, the delivery cost and estimated delivery options will be shown before you complete your order.

2. Free Delivery Within the UK

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

There is no minimum spend required to qualify for free UK delivery unless stated otherwise on a specific offer, promotion, product page, or checkout page.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will normally begin processing on the next working day.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery time begins after your order has been processed, packed, and dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the type of article ordered.

  • Ready-to-Wear Articles: Estimated delivery time: 10 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Custom-Stitched / Made-to-Order Articles: Estimated delivery time: 15 to 21 working days from the date of dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include UK public holidays.

These delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, seasonal demand, stock availability, customs checks where applicable, supplier delays, tailoring requirements, incorrect address details, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

5. Custom-Stitched and Made-to-Order Articles

Custom-stitched, tailored, personalised, semi-custom, and made-to-order articles require additional preparation time because they may involve stitching, finishing, checking, packing, or special handling.

Please allow 15 to 21 working days from dispatch for delivery of custom-stitched articles. Any special instructions, size customisation, fabric changes, design requirements, or high-demand periods may extend the total processing and delivery time.

We recommend placing orders for weddings, Eid, parties, or other special occasions well in advance.

6. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may send you a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

Tracking information may include a tracking number, courier name, or tracking link. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time after dispatch, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at support@pakistaniclothes.uk.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout. This includes the correct full name, delivery address, postcode, phone number, and email address.

Pakistani Clothes UK is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery or Missed Delivery

If a courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, the courier may leave delivery instructions, attempt redelivery, deliver to a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, or hold the parcel for collection depending on the courier’s policy.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow courier instructions and collect or rearrange delivery where needed.

If a parcel is returned to us because of failed delivery, refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address details, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

9. Delays

We work to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, but delivery delays can happen.

Common reasons for delay may include:

11. Risk and Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout, collected by the customer, or received by a person at the delivery address.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we may need to investigate with the courier if the customer reports non-receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your parcel has been wrongly marked as delivered.

12. Returns and Return Shipping
