Delivery times depend on the type of article you order:

• Ready-to-Wear Articles
  Estimated delivery time: 10 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Custom-Stitched Articles
  Estimated delivery time: 15 to 21 working days from the date of dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include UK public holidays.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, seasonal demand or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Processing Time

• All orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the delivery timeframe (as listed above) will begin.

4. Tracking Your Order

• After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link via email.
• You can use this tracking information to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable time, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us if needed.

5. Custom-Stitched Articles

Custom-stitched and made-to-order items require additional time due to the tailoring process:

• Please allow 15 to 21 working days for the delivery of custom-stitched articles from the date of dispatch.
• Any special instructions or size customisations may extend processing and delivery times slightly.

We recommend placing orders for custom-stitched outfits well in advance of events such as weddings, Eid or other special occasions.
