WELCOME TO THE pakistaniclothes.uk WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS SET OUT BELOW.
1. Product Information
1.1 We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see may vary depending on your device screen settings, so we cannot guarantee an exact match on delivery.
1.2 Due to the unique nature of handmade and hand-finished items, slight variations may occur between the product images shown online and the item received. Pakistani Clothes UK reserves the right to change individual components where necessary, without affecting the overall quality and design of the product.
1.3 All sizes and measurements are approximate. We aim to ensure accuracy, however minor variations may occur due to production methods, fabric type, and tailoring style.
1.4 We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, details, and pricing are correct when entered onto our system. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
1.5 Prices may change at any time without notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change after you place an order.
2. Prices & Payment
2.1 We accept online payments using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in British Pounds (GBP).
2.2 Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT or Republic of Ireland VAT (as applicable) at the current rates.
2.3 The total cost of your order will be the price of the items ordered plus any delivery charges shown at checkout.
2.4 For your security, the billing name and address must match the cardholder details of the card used. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails verification checks.
3. Orders & Acceptance
3.1 Your order is an offer to purchase items from pakistaniclothes.uk. No order is binding until we accept it.
3.2 If an item becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the unavailable item(s).
3.3 We may offer promotions online that are not available in-store and may offer in-store promotions that are not available online. Some offers may not be available in certain jurisdictions.
4. Cancellations (Cooling-Off Rights)
4.1 For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your goods (where applicable under consumer law).
4.2 This cancellation right does not apply to certain items, including but not limited to:
- personalised/customised products
- perishable goods
- sealed audio/video recordings or software that has been opened
4.3 If you wish to cancel within the eligible cancellation period, you must inform us in writing within 7 working days, starting the day after you receive the goods.
4.4 You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in a condition suitable for resale. We will not consider goods to have been reasonably cared for if they have been used beyond what would be expected when examining them in-store before purchase.
4.5 Made-to-order / specially commissioned garments can only be cancelled within 5 days of placing the order due to the nature of the preparation and work involved. After this period, cancellation or refunds are not available. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
4.6 We do not provide free returns.
5. Ownership of Goods
5.1 We retain legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been received.
5.2 If we refund any payment to you, legal ownership of the goods immediately reverts back to Pakistani Clothes UK.
6. Website Accuracy & Availability
6.1 While we make every effort to maintain accurate information, colour reproduction may vary depending on your monitor, software, or printer settings.
6.2 Images, illustrations, and descriptions are for information purposes only. They are not relied upon as statements of fact.
6.3 We do not provide warranties that the website, its content, or services will be error-free, uninterrupted, virus-free, fully reliable, or always available. The internet is not a stable medium and interruptions or delays may occur.
6.4 We aim to keep the website content accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee completeness or timeliness at all times.
7. Fabrics, Embroidery & Care Instructions
7.1 Many of our garments are hand embroidered and may contain delicate elements (including beads, sequins, or threadwork). These garments should be worn with care and are primarily intended for special occasions.
7.2 From time to time, beading or embellishments may become displaced. This is not considered a manufacturing fault due to the delicate nature of the work.
7.3 A majority of fabrics used are 100% Polyester.
7.4 Variations in pattern may occur due to individual dyeing methods and fabric cutting.
7.5 Washing & Care Guidelines
- Please ensure the first wash is Dry Clean only.
- Heavy embroidered garments must be Dry Cleaned only.
- Casual garments should be washed separately in cold water and thoroughly rinsed.
- Due to hand dyeing methods, colours are not guaranteed, and we cannot be liable for damage caused by not following care instructions.
- Clothing with embossed or rubber prints should be reverse ironed.
7.6 Any displacement to embroidery or embellishments cannot be considered a defect caused by production. In such cases, postage charges cannot be claimed in exchanges or refunds.
7.7 Shoes with sequins, diamante, or embroidery are for occasion wear only. Certain styles (such as kusa) may not be suitable for heavy rain.
7.8 Some outfits may have a light paraffin-like smell due to the finishing process. This will evaporate after the garment has been removed from packing and aired.
8. Customer Queries & Damaged Parcels

8.2 If the packaging is damaged or appears opened at the time of delivery, you must reject the parcel and return it to the courier.
8.3 If you open the package, you must check the goods in front of the courier and notify them immediately if items are damaged or missing.
8.4 For damage or loss in transit, you must notify us in writing within:
- 3 days of delivery (for damage)
- 3 days of the anticipated delivery date (for loss)
8.5 Where delivery is made via our carriers, we will repair or replace goods damaged or lost in transit free of charge if the above reporting conditions are met and where we can comply with carrier conditions.
8.6 Refunds will not be given for damage caused by customer misuse or neglect.
9. Stock Availability & Order Issues
Occasionally, an item may not be available. In such cases, we may do one or more of the following:
9.1 Attempt to contact you. If you cannot be reached, we may process a refund for the unavailable item and dispatch the remainder of your order.
9.2 If you provide incorrect phone numbers or address details and we cannot verify them, we may delay dispatch until we are able to contact you.
9.3 We try to dispatch all orders promptly. However, if the customer is not at home, or a parcel is delivered to a wrong address due to provided details, we cannot be held responsible.
9.4 Card details must match the delivery details. If there is a discrepancy, we may require verification before dispatch.
9.5 No guarantee is undertaken for any outcome and it depends on individual circumstances.
10. Sales Policy (Reduced / Clearance Items)
10.1 We only offer exchanges for sale/clearance items due to the heavily reduced price structure.
10.2 You may return a clearance item and re-order in a different size, colour, or design (subject to availability).
10.3 A further delivery charge of £5.00 will apply for any exchange dispatch (your statutory rights remain unaffected).
11. Measurements
11.1 Measurements shown are approximate.
11.2 Our garments are hand produced and can vary slightly. Variations may also occur due to garment shape, style, and fabric type.
12. Non-Transferable Use
Your right to use this website and its services is personal to you and not transferable. Usage is also subject to any limits set by your credit/debit card provider.
13. Resale / Wholesale
Our pricing offers a direct-to-customer structure. Therefore, our goods are not available for resale or on a wholesale basis. We do not allow the resale of any items in the UK or any other country.
14. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or refuse/cancel any order at our sole discretion where permitted by law. Sale of goods and services is subject to availability.
15. Risk & Delivery Responsibility
15.1 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
15.2 pakistaniclothes.uk accepts no liability for delays caused by third parties.
15.3 Once the goods have been delivered, you assume responsibility for them.
16. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty goods.

19. Returns Policy
19.1 We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned:
- unused,
- complete,
- in original packaging, and
- with all labels/tags intact,
within 14 days of receipt.
19.2 You must take reasonable care of the goods. We will not consider goods to have been reasonably cared for if they have been used beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in-store prior to purchase.
19.3 Returns must be sent via a Post Office using Second Class Recorded Delivery for parcels under 1kg. You must obtain:
- proof of posting, and
- adequate insurance covering the value of the goods.
19.4 Please ensure the item is adequately packaged, properly labelled, and that your completed returns form is enclosed.

19.6 We cannot accept liability for returned items until they have been received by our office. If your parcel does not reach us, you must resolve this with the courier/postal service using your proof of posting and insurance.
19.7 Postage and packing costs are non-refundable, unless your statutory rights apply.

20. Special Postage Offers
20.1 From time to time we may offer special postage promotions. Such offers are typically limited to England, Wales, and parts of Scotland, where standard postage is charged at £5.00.

21. Exchanges
21.1 If you would like to exchange an item for another item, size, or variant, we will assist you where possible. A £5.00 postal charge will apply to exchanges.
21.2 Exchanges may be possible through partner/physical store support where applicable, however refunds must be handled through our office.
22. Delivery Deadlines & Late Delivery Limitations
22.1 Delivery deadlines depend on:
- correct address details supplied by you, and
- stock availability at the time of dispatch.
22.2 If there are discrepancies in your order, we may contact you. Please ensure your phone number includes the correct area code and your email address is accurate.
22.3 Pakistani Clothes UK is not liable to pay any refund for late delivery where delay relates to:
- consignments sent to PO Box addresses (unless specifically permitted),
- deliveries held for collection by postal agents,
- delays caused by acts/omissions of the customer or regulatory agencies,
- delays caused by courier policies regarding payment of duties or taxes.
22.4 We are not liable to pay any compensation or refund for delay where:
- the consignment is held in customs for clearance or duty,
- the recipient must collect in person,
- the consignment is seized by customs authorities,
- the delivery address/postcode/telephone number is incomplete or inaccurate,
- the delivery guarantee does not apply in the destination region,
- the delivery service has been suspended to the destination, or
- delays occur due to circumstances outside reasonable control (including adverse weather, traffic congestion, breakdowns, obstructions, or industrial action).
23. Refunds
23.1 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods (subject to inspection and approval).
23.2 For fraud-prevention purposes, refunds are only made using the original payment method used at checkout.

24. Unacceptable Returns & Disposal
24.1 If you return an item outside the permitted return terms, and your statutory rights do not apply, we may refuse the refund and return the item to you at your expense.
24.2 If you send the item back again or refuse to accept its return delivery, you authorise us to dispose of the goods without further notice. This disposal will not constitute any admission of fault or breach of obligations by Pakistani Clothes UK.
25. Missing Items / Damaged Goods

30.2 Any dispute arising from use of the website or purchase of goods shall be handled in the appropriate courts in London, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
30.3 Any claim must be brought within 6 months of purchase, otherwise it will be waived and barred (subject to statutory consumer rights).
